Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 5–10 business days

United States: 7–14 business days

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Absolutely! All jewelry arrives beautifully packaged, ready for gifting. You can also leave a personalized note at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you.
