We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return
Email us at gulyqul@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return instructions and approval.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! All jewelry arrives beautifully packaged, ready for gifting. You can also leave a personalized note at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly assist you.
